Founded by Frank Nuovo, former chief designer at Nokia, Vertu has introduced the Aster P. Each unit of the luxury smartphone is handcrafted. Furthermore, the grade-5 titanium frame is signed individually and then covered by either crocodile or lizard leather. The AMOLED screen comes with a modest size of 4.9 inches with a tough sapphire crystal glass display.
Reportedly, the design of the Aster P is not its only strong point. Indeed, the smartphone is equipped with a Snapdragon 660 processor and has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The 12-megapixel rear and 20-megapixel front cameras complete the look of the mobile. These features are also found on several mid-range phones.

Created in 1998 and originally a part of Nokia, Vertu has been under several ownerships over the years. More recently, the company was declared bankrupt and had ceased all activity. However, the launch of their flagship mobile Aster P seems to indicate that the business is still afloat.
