‘Toy Story 4’: a Pixar film
Focusing on the characters of Buzz and Woody again, ‘Toy Story 4’ is a new chapter from a franchise that started in 1995. The latest outing in the series, despite expected to do better, is top of the American box office. The animated movie by Pixar raked in $118 million in North America.
What is the animated movie about?
Helmed by Josh Cooley in his directorial debut, Pixar’s ‘Toy Story 4’ introduces a new character. Forky, originally a spork, has been transformed into a toy by Bonnie. Along with the other toys, Sheriff Woody and Buzz Lightyear voiced by Tom Hanks and Tim Allen respectively, the toys embark on a road trip.

Reaching the second place after ‘Toy Story 4’ is a horror flick by the name of ‘Child's Play’. Starring Mark Hamill and Aubrey Plaza, the film only grossed $14.1 million against a budget of $10 million. Rounding up the top five were ‘Aladdin’, in its fifth week out, ‘Men in Black: International’ with Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson as well as ‘The Secret Life of Pets 2’.
